No Waite Appraising was founded in 2000 by Duane and Laura Waite with a commitment to treating every home as a unique property rather than simply another assignment. Based in Duluth, we provide independent residential appraisal services throughout North Metro Atlanta, with experience in traditional homes, new construction, luxury and lakefront properties, finished basements, acreage and other complex residential assignments.
